Monsters are the most fun to drawl! You should try and drawl what you want to drawl because they are your drawling after all. I mean no matter what some one might ask you to drawl drawl what you see or make it as you would make it. You know that though its the element that you bring to the table that makes something yours or unique. I would encourage you to try to ignore your inner critic or put them on time out till you finish something. Also when a piece is done let it go be done with it, if you continue to rework you will go crazy. Photoshop has so many options and so many chances to say do I want it to look like this or that bright or dark saturated or not, it can get overwhelming try to work simple it will help you choose. Alot of the time its being self critical that makes you a good artist though so remember that, you realy do know what looks good and what dosent but it when you criticize yourself and it becomes a hinderance to finishing somthing or to actualy having fun at what your doing that its time for a break. Oh one more thing that I find helps me get a new perspective is flip your canvas horizontally every once and a while. Any way whew rant /off thanks for the comments, nice words and stuff oh and check my new avatar! haha

Don't worry. I wasn't waiting with bated breath until you answered. I was just drawing one day and thinking of you because I was drawing weird things. and monsters and suchwhat. I've been concentrating more lately on drawing things that I want to see as opposed to what I think others want to see, so, I thought of you. You always encourage me to just do it and shut up about what I think if it's negative things, so, I dunno. I just figured I'd say something.

yea so don't think I didn't look at the works you linked me when we talked on the phone about the con, I just hadn't processed them yet and didn't know what to say in response, I pretty much think that your comments about them being stupid are wrong but you are entitled to your own opinion I though they were technically very good despite the obvious lack of pen tool, creatively as well, your skill is progressing I can see your use of the paint engine on the body's especially her skin thanks and I'm glad you enjoyed the class, any way sorry for the long post I don't believe in punctuation keep at it ttfn
